60-Day Hassle-Free Returns. Changed your mind? Wrong item? No worries! Return new, unused items to 1MOTOSHOP.COM within 60 days of receipt and get a full refund. For all orders with fit/compatibility issues, product issues, or just not meeting your expectations, return shipping is free.   For all buyer's remorse returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Conditions. All items returned must be (new) / (unused) and in the original undamaged packaging. No exceptions allowed. It is recommended that you ship the item back in sturdy shipping box and fully insure the items. Any items returned to 1MOTOSHOP that are damaged by the customer or in route back to 1MOTOSHOP will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued.

Return Process.

  1. Go to My Account > My Orders > Order Details > Scroll down to Merchandise Return
  2. Check the boxes for the items that you wish to return
  3. Provide an explanation for the return
  4. Click the Make an RMA Slip button (RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization)


Lowest Price Guarantee.   If you find a lower price on in-stock parts, contact us with a link to the item to validate the advertised price and we'll match the price including shipping charges. 
Price Matching Conditions:

  • The product must be new, sealed in the manufacturer’s packaging and not be a Closeout item or violate manufacturers’ (MAP) Minimum Authorized Price policy
  • The submitted product must be available from an authorized online retailer; not auction marketplaces
  • Other offers or promotions cannot be combined with the price match request
  • Only valid for orders inside the continental United States
  • Price matching is not retroactive; you cannot request a credit after the product has been purchased

Methods of Payment.1MOTOSHOP accepts the following forms of payment: All major credit cards, ACH payments, business check and wire transfer

Supply All Pertinent Information. When paying with credit card, to avoid delays in processing your order, please make sure ALLof the information you provide to 1MOTOSHOP at the time your order is placed is up to date with your credit card company. Your name, address, city, state, postal code and phone number must match with your credit card company. Also, when possible, it is helpful to have your order shipped directly to your credit card billing address.

Payment Terms. All first-time orders require a prepayment in full. Once we receive and approve the dealer's credit application, a Net 30 payment term will become available. (see credit application for details).

Sales Tax. 1MOTOSHOP has a physical presence in the state of Ohio. Therefore, we will only collect sales tax from clients purchasing product within the State of Ohio with the exception of Dealers with Reseller Certificate.

Sales Final on Closeout, Discontinued, Sale, and Special Order Items. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted and all sales are final on all closeout items, discontinued items, special order items, and/or sale items.

Discounts for Active Duty or Retired Military, Police, Fire, and EMS Members

*Discounts may not be stacked with any other discount, code and/or offer.  Some brands do not allow to extend a discount, even to military, police, fire and EMS members.


Estimated Shipping Time. Orders usually ship the same day if received before 12:00p EST Mon-Fri. Average delivery time is typically 2-5 business days on non-back-ordered items within the continental United States. This is an estimate of time for delivery and not a guarantee. If you need the order sooner, please contact 1MOTOSHOP for additional shipping options. Allow additional time for shipments to all international locations.

Force Majeure. 1MOTOSHOP may delay delivery and/or acceptance occasioned by causes beyond its control.

Risk of Loss. This is a shipment contract, FOB (Seller's city). Meaning that the buyer takes responsibility when the goods leave the seller's premises. We are not liable for loss, damage or delay beyond this point.

Shipping Allowance. Free shipping will be allowed for orders over $19 within the contiguous United States, the allowance excludes the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories. Certain products and back-ordered items may also not be eligible.     For Dealers purchasing at wholesale price, free shipping will be allowed for orders over $100.  Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S are subject to actual freight costs and are not eligible for free shipping.

Verified Address. If your order requires shipping to an address other than the billing address, it will require additional verification which may cause a delay in processing. In any case, 1MOTOSHOP can only ship to a verified address.

Drop-ship. 1MOTOSHOP can fulfill your orders for products that you don't stock and ship directly to your client.

Back Orders. If an item is back ordered (not immediately available), it will require 1MOTOSHOP to place the order with its vendor at which point 1MOTOSHOP will notify you via email and let you know how long it will be before 1MOTOSHOP can ship your item.

Damaged Packages. If your order is received damaged, please call the shipping carrier that delivered your order USPS or UPS and tell them you received a damaged shipment to start the claim process. 1MOTOSHOP can assist you in this process, however, for the fastest possible resolutions please deal directly with the shipping carrier. 1MOTOSHOP will not be able to replace or refund the item if you choose to deal directly with 1MOTOSHOP until the claim has been settled with the shipping carrier. This process may take as little as 10 working days and as long as 8 weeks.


We strive to provide premier customer service and quality parts that you can trust. Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty.

If you experience any issues with any of our product, please send an email to with your name, invoice number and any details about your claim.

1MOTOSHOP at its sole discretion will determine the nature of the claim and its validity and report back with a course of action.

Some orders may need verified when you place them including, but not limited to, mail, phone and internet orders. Please be advised that 1MOTOSHOP may monitor and record customer calls to ensure quality service and for order verification. 1MOTOSHOP respects the privacy of its customers and does not share any of its clients' information. Acceptance of any order by the customer will be deemed as acknowledgment by the customer that they have read, understand, and agree to 1MOTOSHOP's terms and conditions, as well as policies, as stated on any invoice, catalogs, website, and marketing ads. All prices, terms and conditions, and policies are subject to change and daily updates without prior notice. 1MOTOSHOP reserves the right to decline the acceptance of any order. All pricing is subject to change without notice.
